Solveig Erga, a visionary and passionate advocate for sustainability, is the driving force behind Sol Industries. Hailing from a farm in Norway, her deep connection to nature shapes her mission to create clean energy solutions that respect and preserve the environment. With a background rooted in agriculture, Solveig understands the balance between technological progress and the preservation of species, landscapes, and ecosystems.
As a young entrepreneur with a heart for community, Solveig has been key to the growth and evolution of Sol Industries. Her natural ability to connect people, ideas, and resources allows her to bring others’ innovative ideas into reality, fostering strong partnerships that drive the company forward.
Her focus on innovative wind turbine technology is grounded in the belief that solutions should require minimal intervention in nature, ensuring the protection of biodiversity while meeting the pressing energy demands of today. Solveig is particularly driven to empower farmers, by providing them with affordable, sustainable energy solutions that enhance their environmental footprint and help them become leaders in sustainability.
Jacob Roxas
Jacob Roxas, a proud 7th generation New Orleans native, continues his family’s longstanding tradition of community support and leadership. For over 150 years, the Roxas family has been instrumental in championing the Filipino community, starting with the establishment of Manila Village by Jacob’s great-great-grandfather, Juan Roxas. This historic village was pivotal in providing a haven for Filipino immigrants and served as a model for Philippine independence. Jacob’s commitment to community support and cultural heritage is reflected in his innovative work with T-Vawt Systems. His pioneering spirit and dedication to advocacy drive the company’s mission forward.

Maren Nærland
Maren Nærland is our technical engineer, overseeing the engineering and development of our T-Vawt systems. Growing up on a farm, she developed a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving. With experience in CNC operations and a solid background in electrical engineering, Maren channels her passion for renewable energy into creating efficient, reliable solutions for our projects.
